By accessing this World Wide Web site ("Website") and any of its pages, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 1. GENERAL TERMS

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") comes into effect between Demo Forex, represented by its Affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer." This Agreement is an integral part of the public document package pursuant to the Company's provision of services to the Customer (including financial and informational services, etc.).

1.2. By selecting the Company’s services or otherwise interacting with the Company, the Customer fully accepts all terms and conditions of all publicly announced documents. If the Customer does not accept any section (part) of any public document of the Company, the Customer must immediately cease all interactions with the Company.

1.3. This Agreement defines the rights and responsibilities of the parties arising from any form published on the Company’s official public website. It is available at https://pro.supercapitals.com/en and is subject to modification and publication on other internet sites owned by the Company or its Affiliates, as well as any economic news published by the Customer via terminals, etc.)
1.4. Information received from the Company’s website or trading servers or other devices shall be considered as data users.

1.5. This Agreement is applicable to any form of information published on the Company's official website or any other information carriers, including printed copies.

1.6. Other regulations, legal, and official documents apply to specific types of information. In particular:

1.6.1. The Company's logo is a registered trademark protected by the International Trademark Law;

1.6.2. Macroeconomic news (news releases) provided by Dow Jones & Company Inc. (UK, Russia) or its licensors, protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws, is the exclusive property of the Company;

1.6.3. The copyright for materials published by third parties on the Company’s website is protected by the laws of the authors' countries and international laws;

1.6.4. The copyright for materials published on the Company's website (site) and published by the Company itself is protected by international laws.

2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT

2.1. The terminology used in this Agreement has the meaning specified in this section unless otherwise stated:

2.1.1. The Company’s Web server (site) is a software and hardware system connected to the internet capable of providing information upon request. However, authorization may or may not be required from the Customer to retrieve information from the server.

2.1.2. The Company’s Trading Server is a software and hardware system connected to the internet capable of providing information upon successful authorization, including information about financial instruments and economic news.

2.1.3. The process of receiving information by a user refers to the data received from the Company’s server (or another transmitting device or system) through the Customer’s hardware.

2.1.4. Information or data represented electronically or in another form includes texts, sounds, videos, images, design elements, and photographs.

2.1.5. Information usage refers to viewing, copying, reproducing, transferring, or converting data (including producing printed copies), regardless of the medium.

3. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS

3.1. While using information published on the Company's Web server (site) or otherwise published, the Customer:

3.1.1. Provides accurate, actual, and complete personal information during registration and updates it in case of any changes.

3.1.2. Does not attempt to register third parties on the site, even if they are aware of or requested by the party.

3.1.3. Ensures the security of any data used to access any system (service) provided by the Company, including passwords and identification numbers.

3.1.4. Complies with applicable international laws regarding copyright and intellectual property rights, as well as laws in the Customer’s country.

3.1.5. Does not use software or other means that could disrupt the normal operation of the Website or the individual services of the Company.

3.1.6. Takes full responsibility for all transactions carried out using the Customer’s account.

3.1.7. Does not use any information published on the Website for illegal purposes, including threats, insults, or violations of third-party rights.

3.2. Regarding economic news published by Dow Jones & Company Inc. (UK, Russia) and Content licensors, the Customer:

3.2.1. Complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.2.2. Does not store, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative information based on the news.

3.2.3. Uses the news for personal analysis of economic situations.

3.2.4. Does not use the news for commercial purposes or sell or provide access for commission.

3.3. While using information provided by the Company, the Customer has the right to:

3.3.1. Independently select and use any information published on the Web server (site) for personal use.

3.3.2. Use information for personal use in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement.

4. COMPANY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. When providing information or publishing publicly available information, the Company:

4.1.1. Takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the information is accurate, complete, timely, and useful.

4.1.2. Considers the Customer’s requests and adjusts the volume, composition, and quality of publicly available information accordingly.

4.2. The Company has the right to:

4.2.1. Adjust, add, remove, or modify the information according to its discretion.

4.2.2. Create or remove services hosted on the Company’s Web server (site) and restrict access to these services.

4.2.3. Determine how information is accessed, including public or secure channels.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Company does not guarantee that the Website or services meet the specific expectations or goals of the User.

5.2. The Company cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or periodicity of information provided by Dow Jones & Company Inc. (USA) or Content licensors.

5.3. The Company does not provide any guarantees regarding publicly available analytics, journalism, or educational content.

6. AMENDMENTS

6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Any changes or additions to the Agreement will be notified to the Customer via official website notifications or internal mail system.

6.2. The amended document will take effect 5 (five) full astronomical days after being published on the Company’s Website.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Company aims to provide continuous and timely support and access to information services but is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control.

7.2. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s publicly available documents.

8. ACCEPTANCE BY THE EMPLOYER

8.1. I accept all terms and conditions of the Company’s services, and in case of dispute, I will immediately cease using the Company’s services.
